LEEE Developers will implement a comprehensive, multi-layered security system at the Avec la Terre development in Paarl. This project features a 32-line high-security fence with taut wire monitoring, powered by advanced Nemtek Energizers, providing an immediate alert system against any intrusion attempts.

Complementing this high-tech solution will be a 2.4-meter high post and rail fence with Betafence as a robust physical barrier. To ensure controlled access, the site will be equipped with a sliding gate, a pedestrian gate, a boom and claw system, and a turnstile, all integrated to manage vehicle and foot traffic efficiently and securely.
